After the success of our inaugural event in 2022, LCCI's Black Business Association (BBA) in partnership with Boisdale hosted the London Chamber Black Excellence Awards on 17 October 2023.
Hosted by Charlene White and Eddie Nestor, this spectacular evening marked the outstanding contribution of the Black British community to the UK’s cultural and economic development. Black British luminaries from a cross-section of industries were celebrated and the evening featured riveting musical performances and Caribbean-inspired cuisine.
LCCI and Boisdales proudly supports the strong entrepreneurial and creative spirit produced from the Black British community. This special evening recognised and honoured individuals whose determination and commitment to succeed, continue to inspire us all on a national and international scale.
Over 200 guests gathered at Boisdale of Canary Wharf to celebrate the exceptional achievements from the UK’s Black community. Award categories included fashion, literature, stage & screen, spoken word, music, comedy, sport, culture and business.
