Digital Carnet Drop-In Clinic
The UK will turn the switch on for digital Carnets on 1 June 2026. All Carnet users travelling to and from the UK, as well as the EU, Norway and Switzerland will need to have digital Carnet issued to visit this countries, and have the paper Carnet issued too if they are travelling to any other destinations.
In April 2026, we will be running weekly free ATA Carnet drop-in clinics to support LCCI Carnet Holders as the system moves towards digital processing. These sessions offer a practical walk-through of both paper and digital Carnets, with LCCI experts simulating Foreign Customs checks so you can see how each stage works in practice.
The clinics are designed to help you process your documentation confidently and compliantly. The clinics are 1 hr long and they will be open from 10.00am - 2.00pm during the dates mentioned below.
You must register in advance to attend. To register please email ecarnets@londonchamber.co.uk.
