We are delighted to announce the reopening of our new and improved Members’ Lounge after a refurbishment. Boasting additional spaces to meet, connect and work from, the new space provides excellent opportunities for you to meet with colleagues and clients, connect with peers and boost productivity. 

In January 2026, we will open a dedicated member workspace area, providing a flexible arrangement for members to hot desk for short periods of time. This workspace will remain open whilst events are hosted in the lounge, so whether you are at the Chamber for networking or to catch-up on work between meetings we have the right space for you.

Creating the right environment for our members to connect, collaborate, and grow their business is a key priority for LCCI. We are pleased to offer a Members' Lounge which provides a modern, comfortable and professional environment for working and meeting.

Designed with our members in mind, the multifaceted space includes private meeting spaces, hot desk areas, pods and the perfect setting for LCCI events.

As an LCCI Member, you are welcome to use our central London lounge on a complimentary basis. Use of the lounge is first-come, first-served, and booking in advance is not required. The lounge is intended as a drop-in space for short, occasional use rather than a full-time or regular office space, and our Members’ Lounge and Meeting Room policy reflects this. Please ensure you read the policy before visiting and follow all guidelines.

Complimentary WiFi is provided, as well as tea and coffee. Meeting rooms and pods can be booked for use at reception.

• In an evacuation use the exit by the toilets, not the glass entrance (which is not a fire exit and will be protected by a fire curtain if the alarm sounds) and make your way to the assembly point at Whittington Gardens, College Street.
• The fire alarms at 33 Queen Street are tested every Thursday at 3.00pm.
• Ensure no wires or cables are trailing across the floor, as this could create a trip hazard. You may be asked to relocate or disconnect equipment if it poses a health and safety risk.
• Your data will be stored by LCCI and used to manage your membership.
• When using the WiFi be aware of our privacy policy and that usage data may be collected.

We have a 24-person boardroom available to hire at the Chamber. The meeting room space is perfect for training days, board meetings, team catch-ups and business meetings. The meeting room is fitted with large HD screens which can be used for presentations or hybrid meetings. The boardroom can be booked by the hour, half-day or full day at a competitive price, with discounts available for members. Members are welcome to arrange their own catering to be delivered.

Please note this does not affect the current two hours per week policy for the Members’ Lounge meeting rooms and pods.
